Dog Park Afternoon

I don’t understand why my dog, Cordelia, is so anti-social when I bring her to the Silverlake dog park. She’ll harass dogs being walked on the street but when free-roaming, her attention is seldom captured by them. For her sake, I’m really reconsidering how much I spoil her.
